  1. Go to ICTO Account Information Page
  2. Select “Manage Account” -> “NOT APPLY”
  3. Click “OPEN DATA API PLATFORM” and read the user agreement
  4. Select the checkbox of “I agree to the above terms and disclaimer” and click “APPLY NOW”
  5. A successful message will be popped up and you can now go to API store for subscribe API
