  1. Go to ICTO Account Page
  2. Select “Manage Account” > “NOT APPLY”
  3. Click “OPEN DATA API PLATFORM” and read the user agreement
  4. Select the checkbox of “I agree to the above disclaimer” and click “APPLY NOW”
  5. A successful message will be popped up and you can now go to API store for subscribe API
